1. Order Processing Time
-All orders are processed within: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Note: During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, new launches), processing may take longer.

We currently ship to all over India
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
-Citiy areas: 2–5 business days
-Remote areas: 4–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen issues.
4. Undelivered / Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
-incorrect address,
-unreachable contact number,
-customer unavailable,
the courier may attempt delivery again or return the order to us.
In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.
5. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged or missing items:
-record an unboxing video ,
-contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and offer a replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Address Changes
Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.

1. Eligibility
🗓️ Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
📦 Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your order. Please share:
- 🧾 Order Number
- 📄 Reason for Return
- 📹 Unboxing Video
- 📸 Clear Product Image with the Invoice
3. Unboxing & Image Requirements
- Unboxing Video: Must clearly show the sealed package, the unboxing process, and the condition of the product.
- Product Image with Bill: Must display the product and invoice clearly in the same frame.
4. Approval Process
Once reviewed, you will receive return authorization along with detailed instructions to send the item back.
5. Refund Process
After inspection and approval of the returned product, a refund will be issued to your bank account or UPI ID within 7–10 business days.
