Warranty β Terms & Conditions
1) Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies only to genuine earbuds and accessories sold by Adiyon through:
-Official website: www.adiyon.in
-Authorized retailers / distributors
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects
2) Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date written in invoice.
3) Warranty Does Not Cover:
-Physical damage
-Water or liquid damage
-Damage due to misuse, mishandling, accident, or negligence
-Wear and tear (normal battery aging, scratches, cosmetic fading)
4) Warranty Claim Requirements
To claim warranty, you must provide:
-Valid purchase invoice/receipt
-Order ID (for website purchases)
-Clear photos/videos of the issue
Warranty claims may be rejected if:
-Invoice is missing/altered
-Product is not from authorized sources
5) Replacement / Repair Policy
Depending on inspection, Adiyon may choose to:
-Repair the product, OR
-Replace defective part, OR
-Replace product with the same model,
OR
-Provide a similar model if the same is
unavailable
Important:
-Replacement does not extend the original warranty period.
6) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Adiyon is not liable for:
-Indirect or incidental damages
-Loss of time, business, or data
-Phone/device issues due to usage with earbuds
Warranty is limited to repair/replacement of the product only.
7) Governing Law
These warranty terms shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajkot.
